What is the difference between Free, Questionnaire Pass, and ESG Passport?
Free reads your real questionnaire and supported records, then shows your coverage, gaps, and missing documents. The €99 Questionnaire Pass adds draft answers and export for that one questionnaire. ESG Passport also keeps approved answers for reuse across every questionnaire that follows, plus guided policy builders and ESG report generation.
What files can I upload?
Questionnaires can be uploaded in Excel (.xlsx or .xls), CSV, PDF, or Word (.docx) formats. Passport can extract figures from supported text-readable utility bills, waste documents, fleet fuel records, and payroll or HR summaries in English, German, and French. If a PDF is a scan without readable text, Passport tells you instead of pretending it read it.
Does Passport answer every question automatically?
No. It separates answers grounded in your documents, drafts written for you to review, and questions that still need information from you. Nothing is sent until you review it.
Where is my company data stored?
Your workspace is stored locally in your browser. You can back it up and restore it from Settings. Optional AI enhancement only runs when you enable it with your own API key.
What happens if another questionnaire arrives?
Your company data remains in your workspace. Upgrade to ESG Passport to use it for additional questionnaires, and we credit the €99 you paid for the Questionnaire Pass in full.
