For consultants and advisers

Practical supplier ESG resources you can use with your clients

Free guides, calculators and a browser workspace that give your SME clients a self-serve starting point — so your time goes to judgement, not explaining what EcoVadis is.

The client problem you already recognise

A customer sends your client an ESG questionnaire, an EcoVadis invitation, or a request for carbon data. The client forwards it to you with a version of the same question: “what is this, and what do we do?”

Much of the first conversation is not advisory work. It is explaining what a platform is, which questions matter, and what counts as evidence — the same groundwork, client after client. That is time your client would rather not pay for, and time you would rather spend on the parts only you can do.

A neutral, self-serve resource handles the groundwork, so the billable hours go to the decisions, the evidence review, and the judgement calls.

How ESG for Suppliers helps

Handles the groundwork

Plain-language guides explain the platforms, the frameworks, and what buyers actually ask for — so clients arrive already oriented.

Sorts the request

The guide library is organised by situation, so a client can start from what is happening to them rather than ESG jargon they do not know.

Gives clients somewhere to work

A free browser workspace lets a client organise their data and see what is missing — no account, nothing leaves their browser.

How consultants use the platform

  • Share free guides and toolsSend the relevant guide or calculator instead of writing the explainer yourself.
  • Use the four-bucket triageSort any incoming request into ready, needs-data, needs-decision, and not-tracked before you scope the work.
  • Direct clients to the free workspaceLet clients gather and structure their own data first, so your session starts from something real.
  • Recommend Passport for a reusable systemWhen a client keeps getting the same questions in different formats, point them to ESG Passport rather than rebuilding answers each time.
  • Register interest in co-branding or referralsCo-branded packs and referral arrangements are not a formal programme yet — you can register interest and help shape them.

The consultant resource library

The working page for client engagements: a ready-to-copy client email, the four-bucket triage method, and the exact links to forward for each client situation — EcoVadis invitations, VSME questionnaires, carbon requests, regulation worries, and more. Built to be forwarded, not studied.

Interested in co-branding or referrals?

There is no formal affiliate or partner programme today, and we would rather be honest about that than pretend otherwise. If a co-branded pack or a referral arrangement would be useful to you, register your interest — it genuinely helps shape what comes next.

Register interest

Questions consultants ask

Is there an affiliate or partner programme?

Not yet. There is no commission scheme or partner tier today. You can register interest and we will keep you posted as things develop.

Can I manage several client accounts from one place?

No — there is no multi-client dashboard or account management. Clients use the free tools and buy any paid product directly, under their own account.

Is it white-label?

No. The resources carry the ESG for Suppliers name. Co-branding is something we are exploring, not something available now.

What does it cost my clients?

The guides, calculators and workspace are free. Paid products are one-time: the Excel Toolkit at €347 and ESG Passport at €499. Clients purchase directly.

Do you access or hold my clients’ data?

The free workspace runs in the client’s browser and their data stays with them. You and we do not get a window into it.

Can you help with a specific client engagement?

For multi-company or bespoke work, get in touch — that is a conversation rather than a fixed product.
