Founding partner pilot

Run a supplier questionnaire clinic around the request they actually have

For consultants, chambers and business associations, and procurement teams that want smaller suppliers to respond accurately and keep customer contracts — without adding a surveillance dashboard or a long implementation project.

Three ways to pilot it

The first pilots are deliberately small. The purpose is to learn which support gets a supplier from “I do not know what this is” to a defensible response fastest.

Consultants and advisers

Start the paid work with the real gaps already visible

Send the resource pack before the first session. The client checks their questionnaire and brings the coverage report, so your time goes to evidence quality, judgment and decisions.

Good pilot shape: Best for a small group of live client engagements where you can tell us what saves time and what still needs expert intervention.

IHKs and business associations

Offer a practical member clinic, not another ESG lecture

Members bring an actual customer request. We provide a short orientation, a private questionnaire check and a take-away list of documents and decisions to work through.

Good pilot shape: Best for a 60–90 minute online or in-person clinic for SMEs facing buyer questionnaires for the first time.

Procurement and supplier teams

Give suppliers help without seeing into their workspace

Share a neutral starting point alongside the request. Suppliers work privately and return answers through your existing channel; the pilot does not create a supplier-monitoring dashboard.

Good pilot shape: Best for a small supplier cohort with a common questionnaire, deadline or evidence problem.

What a clinic includes

  1. 1Before the sessionA plain-language invitation and starter pack. Participants bring the real questionnaire and any easy evidence they already have.
  2. 2During the sessionA short explanation of why buyers ask, followed by a private questionnaire check that separates supported answers, items to review and open gaps.
  3. 3After the sessionEach supplier leaves with their own coverage report and next-document list. They decide whether to continue free, buy a one-questionnaire pass, or engage an adviser.

The boundaries are part of the offer

  • Supplier data stays in the supplier’s browser.
  • Partners do not receive a hidden view of supplier answers or progress.
  • The tool prepares accurate drafts; it does not promise a buyer will accept them.
  • There is no white-label portal, cohort dashboard or commission scheme today.

What we need to scope a pilot

  • Your organization and the audience you support.
  • The likely number of suppliers or clients.
  • The common questionnaire, buyer request or deadline.
  • The preferred delivery language and timing.

Bring one real supplier problem

We will use it to decide whether a small clinic is a good fit. A conversation is not a commitment, and we will say plainly if the current product cannot support the use case.
